Most work pages show you other people’s logos. We would rather show you the things we still have to live with. A client site gets handed over and you never hear how it aged. Everything below is ours and in daily use, so any corner we cut, we are the ones who hit it. Start with the mark beside this. It is the real logo, rebuilt as something you can pick up and turn over.

Event Radar

It reads more than thirty chamber and REALTOR association calendars twice a day and marks which events a non-member can actually walk into. Free, nothing to sign up for, and it will show you its reasoning on any event you think it got wrong.

Ten brokerage sites
that do not exist.
The firms are invented and so are the listings. Each concept is modeled on a different real site, one that either won an award or carries a serious book of business, then rebuilt from scratch in that language. Drag through them and you will notice no two share a typeface, a grid, or a way of naming things.
We show them labeled rather than implied, because a concept passed off as a client is the single easiest thing to fake in this business. What they do prove is range: ten visual languages, none of them a house style with the colors swapped.

not supposed to notice.
Three about the mark you were just turning, three about the page around it. Every one of them is checkable, which is the whole reason this page is built the way it is.

Ten shards, not one shape
The mark is built from ten separate pieces, the same ten in the flat logo, each one extruded and lit on its own. It is the difference between a logo that was drawn and a logo that was constructed.

Under 20KB on the wire
The model you were turning weighs less than a small photo. It also refuses to download at all until you scroll to it, and stops rendering the moment it leaves your screen.

It works without it
No 3D support, an old phone, or motion turned off in your system settings, and that slot still shows a flame. Nothing here is allowed to be the reason a page breaks.

Half a second, start to finish
This page loads in under half a second, roughly five times faster than most sites. Speed is the first impression, and it lands before a single word has been read.

No template, no theme, no page builder. Every page on this site was typed from an empty file, which is the only way the last five percent ever gets done.
