What Arizona actually requires
Arizona requires all advertising to identify the employing broker in a clear and prominent manner, using the legal name or DBA exactly as it appears on the license certificate. The commission has been explicit that a logo or a trade name on its own does not satisfy this.

Your logo is not your legal name
This is the specific failure Arizona calls out. A beautifully set wordmark that reads Northoak, when the license says Northoak Realty LLC, does not meet the requirement on its own. The legal name has to appear as text somewhere clear.

Not the shortened version, not the version without the entity suffix. Pull up the certificate and match it character for character.
